The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy, a private
non-profit making association of some 450 members, recently celebrated
its centenary having been established in Genoa in 1904. Over the past
100 years the Chamber has helped countless companies and individuals to
succeed in business between our two countries and now prides itself on
being the point of reference for the English speaking business
community in Italy. Recent years have seen the Chamber reaching beyond
borders in to the wider European community through its membership of
COBCOE, the Council of British Chambers on Continental Europe, which
has a combined membership of some 8,000 businesses.
