Giuseppe La Naia is one of the founding principals and managing partner of La Naia & Partners, Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants.
 
After graduating in Business and Economics at the Milan Catholic University Giuseppe qualified as Public Chartered Accountant and Registered Statutory Auditor.
 
He is one of the founders of the Association of the Conciliation Agencies and of the San Carlo Rotary Club in Milan, and a member of the International Law Commission of the Milan Certified Public Accountants Institute (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano) Giuseppe provides international corporate consulting services to multinational clients. He regularly advises foreign clients on major business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and consults on company formation, intercompany agreements and tax issues. He also heads the firm’s litigation support services.
 
Giuseppe has worked with companies in oil and gas, construction, information technology, business management, engineering services, bank management training, real estate, pharmaceutical, industrial software, international events and promotions, distribution and manufacturing, among others.
 
A good number of his clients are listed companies.
