Thanks to the admirable work of our regional secretary for Tuscany, Kate Taylor, and our national delegate, Mariateresa Giussani, working with our good friends at Department for International Trade Italy, September saw three spectacular events in Toscana.
First, the welcome back aperitif at the International School of Florence.
Thanks to their Operations Director, Lorenzo Ricci!
Second, in Siena, as a prelude to the Pontignano Conference, a UK-Italy Outreach Business Conference with the participation of HMA Jill Morris as well as other luminaries of the Tuscan business community.
Third, a very special visit to Florence by the Incorporation of Weavers, Fullers and Shearmen of Exeter, celebrating 400 years of their Royal Charter and 550 years since their establishment by tracing the original trade route of their predecessors through France to Tuscany to deal in textiles.
Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce of Florence for helping to celebrate this historic occasion!
