VUN ANDREA APREA RESTAURANT AT PARK HYATT MILANO ACHIEVES SECOND MICHELIN STAR

Park Hyatt Milano proudly celebrates the achievement of its second Michelin star award at its restaurant VUN Andrea Aprea, led by Chef Andrea Aprea, an award that represents a precious acknowledgement for the daily work of the chef and his dedicated team that made the hotel restaurant, located in the heart of Milan, one of the most desirable places to experience Italian fine dining.

A Michelin star bearer since 2012, VUN Andrea Aprea’s second star is a testament to its success as a Milanese establishment that never ceases to amaze international guests of Park Hyatt Milano.
In a statement, Chef Aprea said: ''It is difficult to translate into words the whirlwind of emotions that are overwhelming me in these moments. Can I simply just say that I'm happy? To be happy means 'to be fully satisfied with ones desires', so that is exactly how I feel right now. When I was awarded the two-starred jacket, I could feel the passion and fatigue of the past years, I could see the faces of the people of my team, the current ones and those who collaborated in the past, the dining staff along with Nicola Ultimo, my shoulder to lean on, and the entire hotel staff at Park Hyatt Milano. This is a collective accomplishment and I am proud to have led this incredible team up here.''
