has been appointed President of the Chamber, effective immediately.
Within the Chamber Daniel has previously focused on essential projects including Head of all Brexit-related initiatives and the Brexit Ambition project, as well as international trade delegations and building relations with key local business associations.
Daniel cited a focus on relevant member services and the challenge to position the Chamber as a key partner ready to assist business in growing and adapting to the changing environment (especially throughout the Brexit negotiation period), as key objectives of his presidency.
Upon his appointment Daniel commented: “We want to continue to ensure our chamber is relevant and valuable to all members, and our team is ready to take this opportunity. It’s an honour and a privilege to lead the Chamber through this particularly challenging political and business environment and I am sincerely grateful for the support of the Council and all our members.”
