Altis is a partner of The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy. Both organisations work together on joint projects for their mutual benefit.
Altis, which was founded by Mario Molteni - a Professor of Business Administration and Corporate Strategy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005 embodies both an openness towards the international world of business and the willingness to effectively serve the interests of the students and enterprises with which it interacts.
Following its mission, “Entrepreneurship and management for sustainable development”, ALTIS is involved in a wide range of activities, from basic and applied research, to MBAs and executive educational programs, from seminars and workshops to enterprise-tailored projects, observatories and national and international awards.
The guiding idea of ALTIS is that entrepreneurial creativity reaches its top heights when it creates innovation generating simultaneously competitive advantage for companies and a wider fulfillment of social and environmental expectations.
The School dedicates a particular attention to the fastest growing economies in addition to several countries within Africa and Latin America. In these regions ALTIS has established partnerships with major academic and research institutions, and developed important on-the-field projects, together with Italian companies and Agencies.In particular, ALTIS is running MBA programs for Social Entrepreneurs in Kenya, Ghana and Sierra Leone.
